Cape.Reinga

Picture of the small lighthouse at Cape Reinga, often named as the most northern part of New Zealand. From Cape Reinga you can see the separation between the Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean. You can also see the 800 year old pohutukawa tree which is sacred to the Maori people because they believe spirits of the dead travel from this point to the afterlife.
